Потребуется:

Контроллер температуры оборудован датчиком-термистором, возможностью задания желаемой температуры и гистерезиса. Сам контроллер питается от 12 вольт, которые можно использовать и для подачи на выход (к вентилятору), но при желании можно выдавать на выход и 220 для управления нагревателем. Нагрузка - до 10А.

Управление вкратце:
левая кнопка - короткое нажатие - режим настройки температуры, длинное нажатие - переход в меню
средняя кнопка - больше/вперёд
правая кнопка - меньше/назад
меню - переход по пунктам - средней и правой кнопками, выбор пункта - левой, возврат - левой длинным нажатием, пункт Р0 - охладжение (С) или нагрев (Н), пункт Р1 - настройка гистерезиса, пункт Р6 - отключение пищалки при нажатиях, остальное не так интересно

Гистерезис для охлаждения настраивается только вниз, т.е. алгоритм такой: сейчас 26град, хотим 23град, гистерезис поставили 1.5град, как только подключили вентилятор к контроллеру - он закрутился, температура опустилась до 21.5град - вентилятор отключился, температура поднялась до 23град - опять включился и т.д.
Соответственно, для режима нагрева всё наоборот.
